This is not a Big Beautiful Bill… your MAGA leader has a knack for marketing…. maybe it is a bit sexy, too, but it is not what you and your MAGA leader says it is. What it is: it is A Big Bad Billionaire Bill. I have not looked up to see how many billionaires you have in your district and mine, but it is a heck of a lot fewer than those who use Medicaid and can’t live without it. How many children eat because they have SNAP?

You are saving public lands? I want you to save people. I want you to save the air I breathe. Your legislative energies on these are not positive, but negative. Why support fossil fuels and not cleaner sustainable fuels from sun and wind? I lived through the California smog that sickened people and the legislation that then gave air that was breathable.

Vote no on HR 1 that is not a beautiful bill but a bastardized bill full of death.
