Plant Science Class Cleans River

Throughout the months of September and October, the Downieville High School Plant Science class spent time along the river cleaning up trash. We collected a wide variety of items, including cigarette butts, plastic wrappers, clothing, plastic bottles, metal parts, and old fishing lines. We will continue to collect trash as the year progresses. Please let us know if you have any questions or tips on where we can find more trash.
