I was born and raised in Quincy, where my family has lived for generations—and where we still proudly live today. Plumas County is not only my lifelong home but also the community my family has contributed to for decades.

I have worked in the Plumas County Treasurer-Tax Collector’s Office since January 2014 and have served as the Treasurer-Tax Collections Officer II for more than five years. This experience has given me a strong understanding of county financial operations, tax collection procedures, and the importance of transparent, reliable public service.

I attended Shasta College in 2004 with a focus on business-related studies and have been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 2007. My background in real estate, combined with over a decade of hands-on county experience, equips me with the knowledge and dedication needed to serve effectively.

I am committed to accuracy, accountability, and accessibility for all residents of Plumas County. I respectfully ask for your consideration.

Julie A. White

Julie White has been Treasurer-Tax Collector since 2011, running unopposed in previous elections. She did not respond to our invitation to submit a statement.
