Shannon Pedotti Appointed Court Executive Officer

The Superior Court of California, County of Sierra, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Shannon Pedotti, as the Court’s next Court Executive Officer. Ms. Pedotti will officially be sworn in on Monday, April 21, 2025.

Ms. Pedotti comes to the Sierra Superior Court from Modoc Superior Court where she has served for the last 20 years in increasingly responsible positions, including her most recent position as Administrative Manager. She has extensive knowledge in all aspects of court operations and has more than 10 years managing court staff.

During her tenure at Modoc Superior Court, Ms. Pedotti has worked collaboratively with the Court’s Judicial Partners to secure grants and implement pilot programs. She has prioritized fostering positive working relationships with Justice Partners to ensure that the Judicial System runs smoothly and efficiently.

Ms. Pedotti comes to Sierra County with a great passion for serving rural communities, and the Sierra Superior Court is excited to have her on board!
