18:54 - At Powerhouse Dam a citizen requested assistance getting up a hill after walking down. Before anyone could arrive, the individual was able to get to a vehicle and drive out.

20:25 - A medical alert sounded accidentally on Alleghany Street in Loyalton.

21:12 - A suspicious person called the Sheriff’s Office and was very difficult to understand. The person wanted to know if the office was open 24/7 and then ended the call.

Wednesday, July 19

10:35 - There was a report of a restraining order violation on Gold Lake Road but it was out of Sierra County’s jurisdiction.

13:09 - There was a report of vehicular assault at Sierra City Transfer Station.

15:11 - Someone requested a restraining order due to name calling.

16:16 - A citizen complained about someone driving with a suspended license.

16:29 - On Roundup Drive in Loyalton, there was a report of vandalism and theft.

17:18 - There was a possible drunk driver headed to Sparks, Nevada from Sierraville.

17:41 - A lost dog was possibly found at Indian Valley near Camptonville.

22:31 - There was a juvenile problem in the roadway near Third Street in Loyalton.

22:58 - An ambulance was needed on W. Willow Street in Sierraville.

23:17 - The Sheriff’s Office provided directions to a citizen lost on A23 near Sattley.

Thursday, July 20

11:22 - A Sierra County deputy provided transport of subjects who had been arrested back to Sierra County from Nevada County.

16:56 - CalTrans cleared a large rockslide on HWY 49 near mile marker 24.88.

20:40 - There was a report of a suspicious vehicle following the reporting party on southbound HWY 49 and county line.

10:38 - In Sierra City near Patricia Lane, some juveniles were walking around with BB guns.

14:22 - There was a report of a vegetation fire. The fire was in Nevada County.

14:56 - An outside agency reported receiving an open 911 call from within Sierra County.

16:00 - Sierra County deputies and Probation conducted a probation search.

18:37 - There was a report of a boil water issue at Treasure Mountain Campground. The Sierra County Environmental Health Department was in contact with California Public Health.

19:35 - Someone turned themselves in at the Wayne Brown Correctional Facility on a court commit.
