15:38 - There was a controlled burn at the Loyalton Transfer Site.

21:10 - An unoccupied vehicle was found at the end of Poole Lane in Loyalton.

Wednesday, April 5 -

01:41 - There was a report of threats in Verdi.

16:30 - Eastern Plumas Health Care Ambulance provided a lift assist on Hill Street in Loyalton.

22:02 - A mental health issue was reported on Bucks Lake Road in Quincy.

Thursday, April 6-

09:31 - On Willow Street in Loyalton, there was a request for civil service.

13:49 - In Loyalton, on Third Street, Eastern Plumas Health Care Ambulance was needed.

15:39 - A welfare check was requested for an individual walking around Downieville carrying a duffle bag.

17:42 - There was a custody dispute in Verdi off of old US 40.

20:45 - Sierra County Sheriff’s Office conducted an agency assist for an out of county agency on a coroner’s case.

21:45 - In Sierraville, a passerby requested assistance for some folks with a broken down vehicle. CHP was notified to handle the issue.

Friday, April 7 -

08:24 - Near Sierraville, there was a stranded motorist. CHP was advised and assisted the individual.

14:48 - A traffic citation was issued in Sierraville for speeding and driving without a license.

15:47 - Someone illegally dumped garbage on HWY 49 in Loyalton.

Saturday, April 8 -

09:31 - A possible burglary occurred in Verdi.

17:47 - Near Verdi, some individuals were stuck in the snow with no provisions. Washoe County Search and Rescue assisted and was able to help the individuals out.

18:21 - A few miles south of the county line near Sattely, two vehicles were blocking the road. CHP handled the issue.

20:37 - Near Sunrise Creek Road and Henness Pass in Verdi, someone was cited for a Sierra County warrant.

21:56 - There was a 911 hang up with static from Downieville.

23:22 - Sierra County Sheriff’s Office assisted CHP with apprehending a male subject that failed to yield for a traffic stop. The subject was charged with stealing a vehicle and for an outstanding warrant.

Sunday, April 9 -

17:38 - Eastern Plumas Health Care Ambulance was needed on Church Street in Loyalton.

18:28 - Near Loganville, there was a non-injury accident. CHP responded to the scene.

19:06 - A dog got loose and decided to harass the local bovines over in Loyalton. A deputy assisted in apprehending the harassing doggo and sent him back home.
