People v. Aaron Andrew Martinez (23CR0057)On October 10, 2023, Aaron Andrew Martinez was convicted of violating Vehicle Code section 23152(b), driving under the influence. He was placed on 3 years probation, sentenced to 2 days jail, ordered to complete a DUI class and pay fines of $1,856.00.People v. People v. Aaron Andrew Martinez (23CR0057)

On October 10, 2023, Aaron Andrew Martinez was convicted of violating Vehicle Code section 23152(b), driving under the influence. He was placed on 3 years probation, sentenced to 2 days jail, ordered to complete a DUI class and pay fines of $1,856.00.

People v. Derrick Jay Kimble (22CR0105)

On October 10, 2023, Derrick Jay Kimble was convicted of violating Fish & Wildlife Code sections 2005 (hunting with artificial light) and section 3002 (shooting from a vehicle). He was placed on 1 year probation, ordered to pay fines of $1,000 and restitution of $2,500.

People v. John William Clifton (22CR0026, 23CR0009, 23CR0054)

On October 12, 2023, John William Clifton was sentenced to 2 years in State Prison for a violation of his probation.

People v. Darrel Wayne Smeltzley (20CR0113)

On October 24, 2023, Darel Wayne Smeltzley was convicted of violating Health and Safety Code section 11377, possession of a controlled substance. He was placed on 1 year probation.

He was sentenced to 2 days jail, placed on 3 years probation, ordered to complete a DUI class and pay fines of $2,111.00.

On December 5, 2023, Daniel James Essman was convicted of violating Vehicle Code section 23152(b), driving under the influence with a prior. He was sentenced to 10 days jail, placed on 3 years probation, ordered to attend a DUI class and pay a fine of $1,866.00.

On December 7, 2023, Samantha Beltran Kirk was convicted of violating Vehicle Code section 23152(g), driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol, as well as violating Penal Code section 1320, failure to appear. She was sentenced to 32 days jail, placed on 3 years probation, ordered to complete a DUI class and pay a fine of $3,166.
