Holiday on Main Planning Meeting October 8th

DOWNIEVILLE — Holiday on Main, a Christmastime event sponsored by the Downieville Fire Auxiliary, will be returning to Main Street in Downieville this year. A community planning meeting will take place in the Downieville Community Hall on October 8th at 5:30 PM. The public is invited to attend and offer feedback and suggestions.

This year’s event is planned for December 7th at the Community Hall, with craft and food vendors and, of course, a visit from Santa. Downieville School’s holiday performance at the Yuba Theatre will follow, along with a dessert raffle. The event also highlights the many participating local businesses.
