JOHNSVILLE — During the initial competition of the 2023 Longboards season on January 15th, 10 women and 20 men competed amidst snowy conditions in Johnsville. With the deep snow being wet and a little sticky, the type of “dope” skiers
applied to their skis was definitely a factor in determining the winners of the races arranged by the Plumas Ski Club. The next race is scheduled for February 19th.
