New Board for Original Sixteen to One Mine

December 10, 2022

ALLEGHANY — At a special shareholders meeting of the Original Sixteen to One Mine on November 3, 2022 and out of the 14,870,631 shares currently outstanding, 9,096,839 voted to replace the board, 12,175 voted not to replace and 11,965 voted no preference.

Following this action, the shareholders elected 3 new board members, Douglas Charlton, David Conner and Charles Crompton.

Then the meeting adjourned.
