On Redistricting

This goofy redistricting that Tyrant Trump has dreamed up and demanded that Texas apply is crazy. The Republicans should just go back to poll taxes, counting beans in a jar, severe gerrymandering, murder and lynching. I know Southern Democrats did that but it all changed during Nixon’s tumultuous tenure. You know all the stuff conservatives have been doing since somebody put in our constitution that black folks were 3/5ths of a human being. When California passed a nonpartisan way of redistricting, I was so proud to be a Californian. It was fair. But that only works when all the states do the same thing. That ain’t happening and the southern states are dreaming other nasty things to make it difficult to vote. Well, I am tired of being Mr. Nice guy and getting politicians that despise Democracy! We have got to fix this. California, (giver state) is trying to stop it so we can quit bailing out the loser states with our federal tax dollars every time Texas or Mississippi (taker states) gets constipated. By the way, if you have been stuck in a grain bin for the last 50 years, California, despite being liberal, highly regulated and taxed is the FOURTH largest economy in the world.
