The Plumas County Board of Supervisors met in Quincy on January 10th and approved an agreement between the county's Department of Behavioural Health and Environmental Alternatives for the provision of transitional housing, specialty mental health services, and case management for the fiscal year of 2022-2023 at a cost not to exceed $851,000. After discussing the challenges of providing psychiatric services via a remote telehealth system, the Supervisors also approved the signing of an agreement with the Asana Integrated Medical Group at the cost of at most $484,000.
