ALLEGHANY, August 21, 2023 – The museum is pleased to announce the launch of an updated website. URL undergroundgold.org (the old URL of underground.com also “points” to the site). The upgrade was funded by a donation from a long-time supporter of the museum and coordinated by museum staff.

In alignment with the museum’s mission, the new “Library” page will continually be updated with both historical and educational information related to the Alleghany area. You are cordially invited to take a look!
