02:13 - 9-1-1 call with static on the line. A deputy was dispatched to the associated residence, as there was no history of faulty 9-1-1 calls from it in the past. However, no one was home, and no signs of a break-in were observed. The issue was likely caused by water on the phone lines.

08:52 - A deputy was unable to complete civil service in Downieville.

09:00 - Request for a public assist in Loyalton.
