07:55 - Deceased bear next to Highway 89 near Little Truckee Summit. Fish and Wildlife was notified.
13:04 - Property found in Downieville. It was later returned to its owner.
15:58 - Report of stolen Halloween decorations in Calpine. A deputy investigated and determined there was an ongoing mental health issue with the caller. The information was transferred to In-Home Supportive Services.
17:08 - A burglary alarm was accidentally activated by an employee at a Loyalton business.
18:35 - Female bear and two cubs roaming in Downieville during the day. No damage was reported, and Fish and Wildlife were notified.
19:11 - Someone was arrested for driving under the influence at Coyoteville.

00:34 - Burglary alarm activation. No sign of a break-in or anyone around the residence were found. The homeowner was notified.
01:01 - A female was actively hitting others at a party in Loyalton while intoxicated. Nobody at the party wanted to press charges, but it turned out she had an outstanding Yuba County Warrant for charges of assault with a deadly weapon and domestic violence. She was arrested.
11:17 - Report of speeding motorcycles in Sierra City. Susanville Highway Patrol was notified.
16:59 - Someone was cited and released for possession of a small amount of drugs and related paraphernalia.
17:22 - Overturned boat at Gold Lake. The owner was not injured and was able to recover the boat.
19:11 - Report that someone was drunk and passed out on the bench next to the Yuba Theatre in Downieville. A deputy made contact and found the person was sitting upright and not drunk.
23:50 - Report of egging in Sierra Brooks. A deputy found no signs of egging.
