09:33 - There was a probation search on Beverly Lane in Sierraville.

09:41 - Off of South Lincoln in Sierraville, there was another probation search.

09:46 - Busy probation search day, but this time, it was in Calpine off Main Street.

10:10 - Back over in Sierraville, another probation search took place off of Main Street.

14:38 - A dog bit someone out of Sierra County.

14:56 - A burglary alarm was accidentally activated on Main Street in Downieville.

15:47 - The Sierraville Gas Station trespasser returned.

22:36 - Another burglary alarm was activated in Sierraville off South Lincoln Street. A deputy checked the area and found an open door, but no one was around.

22:43 - Someone accidentally dialed 911 from Church Street in Loyalton.

Tuesday, March 28 -

07:38 - The accidental 911 dialer from Church Street in Loyalton struck again.

10:56 - A welfare check was requested in Loyalton off of Hill Street.

11:51 - A snowdrift was obscuring traffic in Sattley.

13:13 - A test took place in Loyalton. We have no idea what kind of test or if we passed.

15:10 - A vehicle got stuck in the snow on Marble Hot Springs Road in Sierraville.

21:44 - Deputies were on the lookout for a juvenile that ran away from Reno and was possibly en route to Loyalton.

22:29 - An individual requested that the Sierra County Sheriff’s Office conduct a check at their residence. The deputy checked the residence, and all was in order.

Wednesday, March 28 -

09:49 - Loyalton Fire Department needed for medical assistance on Fourth Street.

09:58 - An overlength semi was turned around and cited on upper Main Street in Downieville.

11:25 - Eastern Plumas Health Care Ambulance, provided someone with a lift on Smithneck in Loyalton.

12:14 - Eastern Plumas Health Care Ambulance was called to First Street in Loyalton for an unresponsive woman.

13:40 - Someone accidentally called 911 in Downieville.

17:01 - Loyalton Probation arrested someone for a violation of their probation.

17:20 - Eastern Plumas Health Care Ambulance was summoned to Court Lane in Loyalton,

20:41 - Eastern Plumas Health Care Ambulance returned to Smithneck to lift someone again.

Thursday, March 29 -

10:22 - A welfare check was requested for a location out of Sierra County.

12:53 - Near Ladies Canyon, an overlength semi was reported.

15:02 - USFS arrested someone on two outstanding Sierra County warrants. The charges were for credit card theft, identity theft, welfare fraud, and failure to appear.

16:01 - A civil service was requested on Willow Street in Loyalton.

19:25 - There was a call regarding a deer that was possibly injured. During the call, the deer got up and hopped back into the forest. No response was needed.

Friday, March 31 -

07:31 - Eastern Plumas Health Care Ambulance responded to a call regarding an unresponsive woman off of Court Lane in Loyalton.

09:50 - Truckee Police Department requested a welfare check for the owner of a vehicle that was found belonging to a Sierra County resident. The vehicle owner was not found at their residence.

11:37 - A motorist in Camptonville requested citizen assistance.

16:48 - In Calpine, a semi was driving recklessly on southbound HWY 89. The driver was contacted.

19:02 - There was a report of trespassing on Beckwith Street in Loyalton.

Saturday, April 1 -

10:06 - On Longhorn Drive in Loyalton, Eastern Plumas Health Care Ambulance was requested.

14:02 - A dog was found running loose in a bovine pasture near Loyalton. The dog was not licensed in Sierra County, and the attempt to contact the owner was unsuccessful. The dog was taken to the Truckee Animal Shelter.

16:54 - Another parole violation, another arrest. This time it was in Downieville, off of Main Street.

17:01 - Some dogs were acting aggressively on Patterson Avenue in Loyalton,

17:25 - There was a report of a possible rabid fox. Fish and Wildlife were notified.

Sunday, April 2 -

12:46 - A resident of Verdi was making threatening remarks to another resident.

14:28 - There was a report of a Sierra County resident driving recklessly out of the county.
